Bio:
Mr. Chakraborty passed his LL.B. from Calcutta University in 2001 and LL.M from the National University of Juridical Sciences in 2005. He is the recipient of the Nani .V. Pallkiwala Gold Medal from the National University of Juridical Sciences for his performance in the LL.M course. He was also been awarded the Case Western Reserve University Tuition Merit Scholarship in 2007 for research work in the United States. At present he is pursuing his MPhil in NUJS in Consumer Protection Law
