Bio:
Dr. De specialises in Modern South Asian history and legal and constitutional history in India. He holds a D.Phil. in British Commonwealth History from Wolfson College, Oxford, an M.Phil. in Modern Indian History from the Centre for Historical Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, an M.A. in Politics and International Relations from the School of International Studies, JNU, New Delhi and a B.A. (Hons.) in History from Presidency College, Calcutta.
