BIO
Prof. Manoj completed his Ph.D. in International Law from the Jawaharlal Nehru University. He was awarded the European Commission Scholarship to pursue an LL.M. in International Human Rights Law from the University of Nottingham.

His writings on international law and human rights have been published in reputed Indian and International Law journals.

He spent one year as visiting Professor at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, Lund, Sweden, (2004-2005). He was former Director of the Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi.
