Sujata Roy

BIO

Ms. Sujata Roy joined NUJS in September, 2006. She is Master of Philosophy in Law and the Title of her M.Phil dissertation is "The Reflections of the Indian Securities Market Delinked to Fair Practices;; Insights Systemic Issues and Regulatory lessons". She has also completed Master in Software Engineering.


COURSES TAUGHT
She offers compulsory courses like Corporate Law –I and Corporate law-II and Optional courses like Corporate Finance Law, Securities Law, Corporate Insolvency Law, Law of Insurance, Economic Offences to the LLB students (under-graduate students).

She also offers courses like Corporate Law and Corporate Finance Law etc. to the LLM (Post Graduate Students). She has published articles with The Company Law Journal, Corporate Law Cases, ICFAI Journal of Corporate and Securities Law etc.
