Bio-note

Ms. Kanchan Yadav has joined WBNUJS in 2020, and is currently working here as a University Research Fellow. A UGC-NET JRF scholar, she is an alumna of WBNUJS and Calcutta University. Currently, she is conducting her doctoral research on Security Exceptions Under the WTO Regime at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, with a tentative finish date of November, 2023.
Ms. Yadav’s area of expertise is International Trade Law, and she has designed and taught the elective course Renewable Energy & International Trade Law at NUJS. She is also passionate about the disciplines of Human Rights Law, Healthcare Law, Competition Law, and Gender and Law.
