NOTICE

Sub: Email ID for WBNUJS Certificate

This is for information to all concerned that in order to make the request for various certificates for the pass out and existing students a single window contact is established by the competent authority.

Henceforth, request from the students for any certificates to be send to the following email Id instead of sending the request to various authorities.

  • Email Id for request of various certificates: certificate@nujs.edu
  • 3 to 7 working days are prescribed for processing and disposal of the request.
  • In case no response is received within 4 working days an intimation may be given to the Office of the Vice Chancellor (vcoffice@nujs.edu) or Office of the Controller of Examinations (coe@nujs.edu) as applicable.

  • Sub: Collection of University Fees through SBI Collect Payment Portal
  • All the students are hereby informed that from the calendar Year 2022 onwards, University has implemented online payment facility through SBI Collect Students are informed to make a note that henceforth all payments at University (Verification of certificate) will be carried out through SBI Collect Facility only.
  • Please follow the procedure for the online payment of Fees through SBI collect -
    Access https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm
     Select Category as 'Educational Institutions'
     Select the lnstitutions Name as 'The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences'
    Select the Payment Cotegory as 'Verification of Certificate'
  • It may be noted that in the SBl collect Payment Portal multiple payment options are available such as "Net Banking, SBI ATM cum Debit Card, Other Bank Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, NEFT/RTGS (through challan), SBI Counter Payment (through challan)".
    Choose the desired option and make the payment. Please keep the SBI Collect Reference Number with a copy of receipt for reconciliation of fees at our end, if any.
