By bridging the gap between MSMEs and IP awareness, we strive to create a conducive environment for entrepreneurship and growth.

Our vision is to establish the WBNUJS IPFC as a leading Centre for IP facilitation in the eastern region of India. We envision a future where MSMEs are well-equipped to protect their innovations and compete in the global market. What we do-

• IP Facilitation: Our Centre offers a range of IP filing services, including patents, trademarks, designs, and copyright.  We assist MSMEs in registering their IP assets, ensuring that their innovations and creations are protected.

• Training and Workshops: We organize interactive seminars, workshops, and training programs for MSMEs, government officials, and entrepreneurs to enhance their understanding and utilization of IPR.These programs  are aimed at creating IP awareness among various sectors and building capacity within the MSME ecosystem.

• Awareness Programs: We conduct various awareness programs to educate MSMEs about the importance and benefits of IPR protection.

• Consultation and Advisory Services:  We provide continuous support and guidance to MSMEs, helping them on IPR-related issues, helping them navigate the complexities of IP laws. Our team of experts provides consultation and advisory services to assist with queries and provide strategic advice.

• Community Engagement: We engage with local communities and industries to facilitate IPR filings and related matters, contributing to the overall economic development of the region.
